My review is as a home owner, after closing. Lennar has been on the ball for almost two years. We are in Antigua. John is great. We have never had to wait long for any fixes. And even small ones are taken seriously. If something is no longer under warranty, we are given all info needed, including a reference for who to call. Everyone has been very courteous and polite. From what I hear about other builders, I’m so relieved we went with Lennar.

Great neighborhood in the heart of Wellen Park. The neighborhood is a great combination of families and retirees and it has great community spirit! Neighbors help neighbors for things like getting hurricane shutters up. There are several neighborhood parties a year that give everyone the opportunity to mingle, catch up, and meet new neighbors. The neighborhood is minutes to I-75 and about 10 miles to some of the best shelling beaches in the world.
