They are developing the prince property in Chanhassen. Very nice houses
We had a home under contract that was being built and supposed to be completed before the end of May, the home was delayed three different times with the last time pushing the completion date to labor day weekend. We asked for assistance in finding a place to rent or other homes that might be available for immediate possession because our home was sold and we were relocating from out of state. Expensive home for what you get. Definitely a company who tries to squeeze as many houses in a development. Not for great if you want a yard or a little space between you and your neighbors.
