Do not waste your hard earned money on these properties! This is how my family and I have been living for a week with 2 kids. No kitchen sink, eating out for a week now with no compensation! Had “workers” come out this morning 3/29/2025 for this work order and yet again did not have the “right” information so left without doing any work that was told would be done. After the home was built they had to come out several times to fix mistakes or problems that occurred during the build. The dishwasher that came with the house had a messed up motor from day 1, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had a visible hole in the drywall that we noticed during the final walkthrough and wasn’t remediated despite being pointed out/annotated, and the rack in the laundry room fell due to not being installed correctly.
One of the nicest, unfinished, overpriced subdivisions I've been to recently.
I purchased a home here and Lennar pushed so hard to close by their deadline even though repairs were needed. Then they ask you to file a claim w the warranty department, just to have you run after people to get things done. There’s no sense of urgency to complete the poor job they’ve done or to respond in a timely manner. This builder rushes to get homes sold and what you receive is a reflection of that. 👎🏼
