We love our new home! Not one problem since we moved in 6 months ago. We met our Project Manager & watched step by step as our home was being built!
The homes we viewed were beautiful. We met with one of the realtors who happened to be at one of the homes and she was very helpful.
Stay away from this neighborhood. Mother moved in and nothing but problems especially with electrical. How can a number of homes have faulty wiring and pass inspection? Tried to install ceiling fans today and the boxes are inconsistent. Screws are so tightly in place, it's difficult to remove them, from the boxes! The homeowner is highly suggested to email of outstanding issues. And a neighbor is upset with a number they have and desires to change that number hence affecting all other residents.
