Idk about Lennar I recommend 2 buyers towards a home they showed interest in & Lennar reps & lenders started being secretive with my client. My client gave me the scoop in everything they didn’t really perform nor to friendly about it. And made my clients confused they end up tuning around. I recommend all futures buyer tread slowly and have a real estate agent by your side
Nice community sales representatives are nice and quick to respond.
Sales is pathetic to deal with. Customer service after home handover is Good. In law unit AC design is brain less. Cheap quality construction with very poor sound insulation. Any one talking in any room can hear other person. Lennar mortgage guy was very professional. Pricing is not done from location point of view. Renting these homes has been a super pain to just break even. Fresno as such doesn’t have quality rental market and Lennar building too many homes for what?
