Make sure everything is good before moving in. Once moved in, it’s impossible to connect with them. Lennar reps does not want to help and does not know what the hell they’re doing. My furnace stopped working and it takes them a whole month to get contractor to come and fix it. Right after that, my water heater stopped working along with water leakage from the roof. All this happened right after my 1 year warranty expired. Lennar does not care about the quality of built rather they just want to build a home and profit from it... read more
Nice place
After moving into the house we noticed many imperfections throughout but the worst poor drywall work. We were told the house has a one year warranty. We contacted the service care reps and customer care manager and nothing but poor communication and push back and being told it meets industry standards. At this point nothing I can do be raise awareness to those looking to purchase a Lennar house. You’re not getting a custom house but a house that was built as fast as possible with the cheapest labor which I wouldn’t consider ... read more
Peggy in the office is awesome! Super easy going and helpful. Shawn the builder supervisor is super responsive and helpful whenever we have any questions. Highly recommend working with Peggy to find a house!!
Peggy at the Spancil Hill office did a wonderful job helping us buy a home. We moved cross country and Peggy made it so easy and stress free. Shawn is quick to help with any issues we’ve run into and always willing to take the time to talk through things about the house with us.
