Ghetto neighbors. Terrible HOA. Poor quality build of homes. HOA for nothing, not even a pool just a pathetic slide at the fake park. Do not recommend living let alone renting here. Avoid avoid avoid.
Atrocious. The fact people bought these homes is insane. The HOA , now NEW HOA is just as bad. I would never buy a home again here. In fact, if you value things like space, peace, this is not your spot. The HOA is worse than the apartment next door that sits by our mailboxes to smoke in our neighborhood. 10/10 would not recommend
