Great location.. close to Meridian shopping, and next to Owyhee High School. 👍🏻👍🏻
As a buyers agent, this was absolutely the worst experience from start to finish and BEYOND that I have ever experienced. From the first day when we showed up to our scheduled appointment to walk sites (that no one from Lennar showed up to) to an NHO with a filthy home, terrible customer service with their lending agent, to continued water in the crawl space that that are now ignoring my buyer on. Working with Lennar Sales, Lennar Mortgage, and Lennar Title was the single worst experience I've had on a real estate transaction in my 7 year career. Their lack of communication, respect for their transaction partners and overall lack of professionalism is appalling. If you are a home buyer or real estate professional, I would highly advise against working with Lennar at all costs. There are so much better options for new construction homes in our area that are similarly priced.
