Buyer's beware of Lennar's house of horror$ Alex at Lennar said "this is a completed home" 7 months in and the punch list is still not completed pictures of the "Great workmanship"
Absolutely terrible experience. The sales team and construction team do not communicate. The trades leave windows open over night and when it rains they pretend it isn’t a big deal. The contractors are absolutely disgusting, they urinate in bottles and leave them in the house, they leave trash everywhere, they show absolutely no respect for your home. You will close and have things still pending to be fixed. When you have appointments scheduled for things to be fixed they will not show up or not fix things. Two months later ... read more
