They sent a guy over here a few months ago to repair cracks, since then they’ve been unresponsive. Avoid buying from these guys.
Dealing with sales agent was horrible, so much of attitude problem.
After 11 month inspection we had very bad experience with Lennar customer Service. Adding to this, there is just one small play area for approx 700 plus homes(phase 1,2,&3) and one pool. No fitness center, No Party hall and not so good ISD. Little Elm school hours are too long, kids board bus at 7AM and reach home around 4:15-4:30PM. US 380 is very bad from 7AM-10AM and eve 5PM-7PM and multiple accidents reporting on daily basis. Unless you work 100% remotely this is not a good choice.
