Just signed the purchase agreement with Lennar and wanted to share the experience so far. David Shepard was easy to talk to and made everything feel more comfortable from the start. I recently purchased a house from Lennar in Montage near Mustang, OK. While the house itself is well-built and offers good quality for the price, I need to point out their poor closing process. I had scheduled the closing of my previous home and this one on the same day, and Lennar insisted on an online closing process requiring wire transfers.
