For context, I was temporarily renting a brand-new home in this community at the time while waiting on the completion of my new home build in another community. I am a Realtor and he communicated often with my clients and me, keeping us posted on progress of the new build. He sent pictures throughout the process along with text messages and responded to questions very quickly. He made buying a first home for my clients a pleasant experience.
