If I had known how rental friendly this HOA was I wouldn't had bought a house here. On my street 8 out of 12 homes are rentals.
BEWARE if you buy a home here, expect to see these type of inconsiderate neighbors. The majority of the houses are rental homes with revolving neighbors. We are first time home buyers & most likely will be selling soon due to the lack of renters not being held accountable by the "HOA". This property management company HOA for the Linden Hils community in Little Elm Tx, appears to be extremely hands off.
