A calm and quiet place to live.
My wife and I spent so much time thinking of the house we wanted, and without anyone telling us, they NO LONGER will use brick board siding. Instead, their prices went up slightly, AND put cheap vinyl siding. $500k plus for vinyl siding house. It looks bad bc ALL other homes (including Model Home) ALL have brick board siding except this last phase. Guess Lennar is pocketing the extra $15k they saved going cheap. Neighborhood would be great if the homes had driveways, mostly parking spots in back of them.
