I absolutely love Lennar! The Sales Reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. Going on tours of the model home are self-guided so it's so easy to do and I love that they have touring hours after 5pm so I was able to go on a tour after I got off work. I really hope to get a Lennar home because of the amazing and effortless experience they provide for home buyers and especially for first time home buyers like my husband and I! I highly recommend Lennar!

My HVAC unit is not the adequate size of my square footage and has led to constant running and now leakage. The unit was not installed like those having the same floor plan in the same neighborhood. Additionally, a drip pan was not installed and the unit is upside down as compared to others. I have a young child in my home and there is no reason why our air is set at 68 and it is 80 degrees in the home. SAD! In the middle of this pandemic I am looking all around and seeing people helping each other but, NOT this company. These people do not have a heart. Within 72 hours of the contract I begged and pleaded but they feel it is better to keep my deposit rather than agreeing to a cancel and release. After all, the construction would not be starting for months from now so it’s not like it would cost them anything. They will sell this property one way or another.
