The lennar property customer service doesn’t respond to the service requests. The construction quality is cheap. The homes are designed so close to each other that you can hear actually in other house. Dr. Horton is still better than these builders. The quality had dipped over years and they go more for money than actually building good houses/
I am having a nightmare experience with Lennar and Lennar Mortgage for the Legacy community in Bothell. Though there was issue with the power lines and poor quality of house construction by Lennar, I went ahead and put in Earnest deposit of $50K as I liked the location and community. I have never had a great customer experience all through till date especially with Lennar Mortage.
