Awesome place beautiful models
Huge dissapointment! Please have the normal Lennar back!!! Tried to contacte the sales office for 2 days, like literlty no reply. I booked the self-tour, and after the tour I do recieve a text message, when I call the number, she's telling me she's not working. So I have to visit the sales office, the lady work there looks mad. She just repeated you can't come in, even I just want to see the site map and avaliblitiy. We paid good money for this house, do we deserve it? Came to tour these model homes and wow.. DISAPPOINTED. First there are tons of Flys in front of all the houses. Not a good first impression walking to the front door swatting flys out of the way. Next, they do not upkeep these homes. Bad management not doing checks on these houses. There are holes in the walls from what looks like things that were hung there and something else replaced that space but they didn't bother to cover the holes or peeled stucco. Marks on the walls.
