I moved here from Southern California, where the traffic is constant and the cost of living is high, and I feel I made an excellent decision. We now have a comfortable home, and the kids are in a great school district. While there have been a few minor issues, as you'd expect with a new house, the customer service team has been excellent—prompt and attentive. The only downside is that the summers here are very long and extremely hot, much like Riverside County in Southern California.
Horrible experience my wife and I was the list for the keep sake home and my daughter and her husband was #1 on the list for the beachcomber 1 week prior to releasing lots we were told that all house would be bidded on what a waste of time after waiting for months
Really amazing houses. Spouse and I are in the market for a new house. You scan QR code to get code to enter model house and take all the time you need to look around. Have placards around house giving info about upgrades available for the room.
