My experience with Lennar Homes in the Iron Gate community was incredibly disappointing. From the start, the sales associate, Joy Pressley, was unprofessional, snarky, and passive-aggressive throughout our interaction. Very pretty homes and beautiful location ✨️
People need to stop buying these homes or closing on them until everything is complete and they can verify a quality inspection has been performed by Lennar and the City. All these homes are non-compliant with drainage and grading requirements. Why are the homes not backfilled evenly all the way around and window wells above grade?
