Although buying process was easy and they do respond quickly to warranty concerns; their solutions/fixes are mediocre to say the least. My biggest frustration has been that they haven't done what they needed to do to hand over the land to Oswego Park District, which has delayed a community park from being planned. they show you a beautiful designed community park but 2 years later, nothing.
