Do not move here. Hoa is horrible make dumb rules .Charge 50 dollars to do just about anything on your own propery.No security at night with a wide open construction entrance. The sales team was great to work with during the home purchasing process. Once we closed, they seem not to be very personable and non caring. We were told we would have our mailbox available at closing.. it has been 3 months since we closed. Still No Mail Box! Buyers beware if you are moving Onto Grace Field Ave, you will not have a mail box and will have a 30 minute commute each day to the dorchester post office and an half hour to an hour wait, to get it. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
We were told that there is nothing to do on the outside of the home. Now that we’ve moved in we found out that we are responsible for fertilizing the shrubs and treating them for insects. Also, replacing and adjusting the sprinkler heads, which require special tools. My husband is a disabled vet and he has always done these things. At 80 years old I am now required to learn these things which require purchasing necessary tools and chemicals. We would have never bought In here if I had known this upfront
