Lennar warranty claims process is terrible. They want you to get frustrated and give up. Their scheduling is terrible. They wanted me to be home for a repair and I gave them a 6 week window and they didn’t event try to schedule during that time as they wanted it to be inconvenient. I elevated to second level manager refusal to schedule and still no attempt to schedule until inconvenient.
