Top rated school district with select homesites for those looking for a specific way of life well within ATL. Great location and well priced homes given location and all relevant factors.
Plans are very good. Competitively priced. Lots are somewhat smaller than advertised and 3 car garage on all plans are great. Top Schools and accessibility to all retail and grocery stores is good. The look, quality of the construction,interior features of the home are on subpar with standards. Poor finishing and lower grade fixtures. Most unprofessional sales process. Create a FOMO and sell lots that are less attractive due to no backyard ( all lots are mentioned 1/3 to .5 Acer but most lots that were released so far have minimum to zero back yard). They don't even have anything close to the sales office to sit under a shade/something to discuss the home buying process. School ratings are great, home buying process is equally bad.
