Great deal and great rates for buying. You have to stay on top of every aspect of these home purchases from building staff from Lennar. The only exception is Koral, she showed us the home and she is fantastic in every facet. Moved in with adhesive from flooring all over the floors, wrong paint color applied to the walls with zero texturing when it came to finishing up the home.
