If you're looking for a home. I wouldnt suggest buying a Lennar Home at all. Over priced, cheap building materials, house was put together, not built! Read that part again. One match or open flame is enough to catch the whole neighborhood on fire. These homes are not built for their "Quality" they are build for their "quantity" and Their HOA Sucks. The bad: no amenities, broken glass in the under construction pool/playground area, website advertises trails but there won’t be any walking trails, area is not walkable at all, street lights are still not working, Immanuel Road is very dangerous (no lights, no sidewalks, people speeding), gun shots are heard every week, be aware of the noise traveling through the community due to no trees/sound barriers, high traffic getting in/out and more communities are being built with no plans for making it walkable, unresponsive corpo... read more
