BEWARE OF YOUR WATER BILL!!! Not only did we get stuck with a water bill that is THROUGH the roof, we've only been here 8 months and the AC unit died and there is a leak in the roof. We submitted a "claim" but it's been a week and no fixes yet. One last surprise, HOA fees DOUBLED within 2 months of move in with no warning and now a member of the HOA (the president's husband) is harassing my teenage daughter by yelling and flipping her off every time he passes her.
Be sure to do you research before moving into the community! Excessive predatory fees associated with the Water Utilities company. Water bills in excess of $500.00 dollars a month with limited consumption. $2,000.00 monthly if you water the grass. I would highly recommend you do not move into the community. Also beware of two home owner associates!!! Double the fee. Insects due to poor insulation. The neighborhood is horrible.
