Do not buy a Lennar home. Everything is half a$$. Heating and AC didn’t work when we moved in. Fixed it 3 times in 2 years and broke again. Now it’s out of warranty and Lennar doesn’t return calls. That is after they forget to weather strip all windows and doors and 22 broken tiles on the roof. Dishwasher broke. Major cracked all over the house. The entire neighborhood is furious. I guess we need to join the Lawsuit someone started to get help.
