RecommendedWARNING!!! Beautiful community. Wonderful neighbors. The home building process with this company is a NIGHTMARE!!!! We have been in our home 8 months and still working on broken promises and lies told to us. They will tell you anything to get you to buy. The mistakes made on our home cost us time, money and lots and lots of frustration. Lennar also does not stand behind the CDD and HOA. Exhorbitant fees for absolutely no action.
