Emmens townhome landscaping around homes needs improvement. . Plus cars parking on Culbertson Ave road makes it look like a parking lot..and cramped. .need more...area looks congested.. For an HOA COMMUNITY they did NOT plan well...
Looking forward to our move to Emmens Preserve. Have met many nice folks there.
