There was a hiccup/fiasco, that took a few months to figure out, about something that was advertised and it was not solved to our liking, but we do love our new house and the warranty services have been great so far!
We bought a house in this neighborhood and were advertised something that was not a deal that should have been offered to us (we found this out after over 1 month of trying to claim the deal). They even sent us an email about how to claim the deal they advertised. They have done nothing to rectify this and I've been trying to get ahold of management for almost 1 month now. They ignore emails and are allergic to calling you back. As soon as you sign that paper, they're gone. I'd be happy to change this review if this issue is... read more

PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR THE HOME INSPECTOR. The amount of money they spent on materials does not equal what the house’s listed price.
