Negative: 1. Construction quality is average. Other than the outside walls none of the inner walls are insulated. If you hit the walls accidentally it shakes the fixtures on the other side of the walls. It feels like the houses are built in a hurry with no proper monitoring. Promised amenities would be done in summer of 2025, still not done and are now saying there will no longer be a fitness center even though it was promised to all of us. VERY shady!
