We went to see the community today. After seeing the villas, we went to the office and had several questions, but the man who helped us didn't help us and said he was going to send an email, which we never received. Poor customer service. Not longer interested.

I am a realtor and my buyer just closed on a house in Delray Trails. The sales, mortgage and title company staff were very helpful with my buyer. They have a nice selection of floor plans some with placid lake views. Every step was through technology. If you are not sure what to do then the staff can assist. The location is prime. This is a 55+ community. They are building a 30,000 sq foot clubhouse that will be completed in 2025. Give me a call if you want me to bring you to the sales office. This is a pretty community.
