Lennar is a scam, even if you use a realtor. We talked to a really nice sale person but things got messy when he resigned. The loan agents are ridiculous and never were on the same page. They questioned every single detail about our finances. It's not even that hard to apply for a car loan. We knew we had to sell our home and we were waiting for an offer.
