The houses look really nice but the people building them, do it too fast. There are so many things wrong, like doors not latching correctly, door knobs put on upside down, cracked cabinet doors, chips in the bathtub. Cheap appliances. 1 AC unit for a two story home. The framing by the garage is awful. The patio is high off the grass and doesn’t have a step. I don’t own a home in this neighborhood but I’ve seen how fast they are going up. It’s the little things!
Lived here almost a year and my experience overall have been positive. The process for buying a home was straight forward. Cindy was very nice and Clive responsive for warranty on paint and texture wall issue. Confused why Window Caulk wouldn't be covered on warranty.... Otherwise, overall positive experience with staff and community members.
I think the people posting positive reviews are trying to sell their properties here and fluff up the stars. I'll tell you why below! I toured and found several issues. As someone who grew up working construction let me give you a tip. If you can visually see where the home builder cut corners then you can safely assume that it's way worse in areas you can't see.
