I just closed on my new townhouse in Chestnut Springs. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin with Lennar. Dustin helped me through the entire purchasing process. The care he has for his customers is top notch!
Dustin has been super helpful and very patient. Gave me the most informative and generous tour…Also made sure that i got valid answers for every question I had… Even provided me with accurate stats and data around the whole process and the community…. This is the type of due diligence You want & need, If/when making a decision into a lifetime dream purchase….. He was very impressive!
I have just closed on my townhome in Chestnut Springs, and the whole process was as easy as I have ever experienced! I met with the agent on duty, David Catoe, and he showed us the different model homes. He explained the whole process honestly, and as it turns out, accurately! I was amazed at how everything went. David was honest and I really appreciate this! If anyone is looking for a townhome, I highly recommend coming and talking to David, well worth it! Besides, the homes are fantastic!!!!
