the homes are nice but i wouldn't move here if you don't want to live amongst bums that steal your packages. that or get a p.o. box, then it's a decent area sure.
UPDATE: The trash has been cleaned up! I am agreeing with others. The workers are inconsiderate that people in Avanti’s bedrooms face this property. The music is so loud and then they scream over the music to talk to each other. The wind blows and their trash and supplies are in the storm water gully. THEY NEED TO SEND WORKERS TO CLEAN IT UP! Who can we report it to?
I live at Avanti next door. The construction crew is not supposed to start until 7am yet every morning I hear them and see them as early as 6am. During the day the noise is ridiculous with their loud blaring music. This goes on every day including Saturdays. On top of that I have lost my beautiful Mountain View. I don’t get to see any of it anymore. Sad!
