Lennar is good builder but not in Bryson. Unfortunately they got poor staff here. You can guess with there response for closing issues even after 3 months its not addressed. They are the lowest quality builders in the community and on top of that they did not maintain as per their brand here. If you are closing with them , please make sure you get your open issues fixed and then close otherwise it would not be addressed for months. Overall a great community to call your home.
I didn't like their process to push closing when the home is not completed. The front door key did not work. MyQ was not installed and I found out from the neighbor. The water pressure was not set up. The bathroom tub was chipped. The floor had paint and glues. The flowerbed was full of nails and staples. There were construction garbage in the garage and they told the home owner to remove it. I thought this was ridiculous. However Lennar's warranty department is fantastic.
