Warning to prospective buyers: Lennar installed a refrigerator in my new home that does not fit the space. Instead of fixing their mistake, they are offering options that downgrade the fridge, reduce functionality, or make me pay for their design error. This is unacceptable for a brand-new home. Their customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and they refuse to provide a proper replacement. Document everything, verify appliance specs, and think twice before buying from Lennar.
The representative at the community is awesome but my loan officer is horrible. I’ve submitted documents and have heard nothing.
