Extremely disappointed with our experience with Lennar. We purchased what was supposed to be a brand-new home, yet we’ve spent our first year dealing with issue after issue instead of enjoying our house. One of the biggest concerns has been erosion and improper fill/grading around the foundation and AC area — issues that were brought up BEFORE we even moved in. TAKE OWN REALTOR ! IF NOT THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO USE THEY’RE SLEAZY SALES AGENTS THAT ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST. I SADLY LEARNED THE HARD WAY. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE WAS STEPPING FOOT IN THIER OFFICE.
