Great designs and built for single families.

I’ve watched these houses get built while living at avanti and these homes are being built so quickly and cheaply. Light material that’s even branded by Lennar so you know they keep their costs down. Built by only Hispanics, which I am, however these people are constantly screaming back and forth to each other, playing loud music in your soon to be homes and just rushing through it all. Best of luck to guys buying these.
