Would not recommend buying here. Build quality issues and misrepresentations to homeowners regarding an ongoing internal gate dispute. Lennar blaming the HoA - the HoA pointing the finger at Lennar. Stay away until the issues are resolved.
Once someone wins, they raise the price on the next Harrison they release. Not worth it to my husband and myself. We aren’t interested in bidding on properties. The homes in the Pointe are nice but also not what we were looking for.
