The HOA$$ is strict. Can't have a garden hose on your property visibly to the naked eye. On the porch, used daily. Nope, fine! Wow, 1 years report and help others. The warranty department is sketchy. You can only deal with one person, and she is a pain. Not only does the adjuster and the company work against you. You have to get multiple professionals telling you that the warranty should cover it. Until it drags on for weeks til they finally send the manufacturer to see it and clearly see it was a warranty.
