The experience I had with the sales representative at your office was deeply disappointing and left a lasting negative impression. The individual, an older white woman, was condescending in her demeanor, an observation echoed by other customers who have commented on similar experiences. Very good planned developer.
We have purchased our home here in march. Lennar has the worst service for their community facility. Very unorganized It’s always a mess at the pool and playground. streets are super dirty. I wish I didn’t purchase the house here. It’s suppose to be gated community but gates are open 24 hrs Random people come and enjoy the pool and other facility. We are paying HOA to Lennar but they haven’t turned it over to HOA in the community to run it. It’s ridiculous!!
