We are purchasing a new construction from Lennar. I do not understand why it is so hard to get the room dimensions/drawings prior to the house being completed. There are four models in our community. Besides individual options. The basic model is the same. Room dimensions shouldn’t be this hard to attain. They are telling me, to get my contractor involved to request access to measure ourselves. Baffles my mind, we cannot have dimensions to our own house.
Their trash from their construction site constantly lands in the neighborhood. Invoices, used toilet paper, plans, food wrappers, construction materials. It's disgusting. If they treat their sites like this then they likely build their homes with the same care.
