Excellent location in San Diego.. next to everything. Good homes too in my opinion. That is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars intstead of one. I opened Google today to give a poor review, not because their add-on prices are obscene, but because of the abysmal parking situation. There are only around 10 or so parking spots for the entire Clementine area (Zach Dr), which all the residents essentially have to fight for. The amount of nails I've found in my tires over the course of the last 2 years is astounding. Their workers building The Trails are careless.
Don’t bother even contacting them. You’re a number and a dollar. You’ll be treated as such. Would hate to be locked into an HOA with these people.
