We have unfortunately had to contact the Ky Attorney General's office and the Ky Motor Vehicle commision to file a Failure to Transfer title complaint against Lenko Motors. We have called multiple times and emailed in attempt to remedy this situation. We bought the car for our daughter and paid in full. He failed to provide us with a completed title and the BMV will not transfer ownership until this is fixed by Lenko Motors.
