Excellent care great Drs and nurses !
We brought a family member for surgery. Nurses kept us informed which garage to park in, display updating screen to let us know what stage the patient was at, where's the cafeteria, and texting that Dr will be coming to talk to us in private room so be ready. Appreciate good communication and kindness by staff. Loved one's condition changed from outpatient surgery to staying at hospital. They let us know why situation changed, room number, how to get there, and when visiting hours were tonight and tomorrow. Can't say enough ... read more
The nurse staff here is horrible. Not attentive and rude when they were helping me. Told me I was exaggerating when it came to the pain I was feeling. They turned off the oxygen to my breathing tube and allowed me to choke on it before taking it out. Had my arm dangling off the bed for so long it is still sore 3 days later. The staff here is absolutely foul.
