Each month the payment date doesn't line up with when my check hits the bank, so instead of auto pay, I call in and they are patient and kind each time I call to make my payment. We're always made to feel like home, doesn't matter if it's over the phone or in the branch.
The ladies at Lendmark here in Rutherford County are excellent. They have supported me and my needs to the best of their ability.
I don’t remember those ladies names at the Forest City location but all of them were wonderful!
