From start was an issue, should have known better. The final straw and reason for this review is 6$ after 3 years of payments and a lump sum payment from insurance, they were going to hold my title up over 6$ that just speaks to their mentality and customer service commitment. SIX DOLLARS!! That's how little my business means to them. That's how much they want referrals...steal six dollars from me!! We paid the ransom. I’ve had already a couple of people come to try and finance through Lendmark, I own a dealership and have reccomend them to Lendmark and they say everytime we are on hold but can never tell us a reason why, we have called multiple times because we want to do business with them but they just say we are on hold, just seems unprofessional that no one can tell us why we are on hold.

First place I’ve ever felt grace with. I’ve work primarily with Kristi. They truly get that life happens and understand what you going through if you keep in contact. They have promotions as well and I just had my monthly lowered. Very easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The ease of the entire transaction would make me do business with them again- for sure. Making the payments online proves to be more challenging. It never works properly in the app so I have to do it through a browser.
