The best hard money lender in the market! Once again Andrew K. did a superb job from start to finish. They're fast efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. Easy to communicate with and pretty much hold your hand through the whole process. Looking forward to doing business with Kiavi once again!
The service is very poor. No one answers the phone, at best they will call back a day later. A lot of arbitrary policies and no one interested in finding a solution to problems. Everyone I talk to there seems to just be there for a paycheck and could not care less about your business as a real estate investor. Do not let their favorable terms persuade you, steer clear.
