What a joke. They farm your info to sell to “lenders”. Got approval for a $60,000 line of credit. Thought that might be nice to give the business a little bit of a boost. One catch. They will not be straightforward and upfront about the cost of the loan with you. Super shady about everything. Bait and switch
I had a horrible experience with Lending Tree. They were pushy and very aggressive. I was asking questions through the process, and my loan officer told me that "he had already explained that to me, and that he shouldn't have to repeat himself" I asked why he was treating me so disrespectfully, and he told me he was not, and I "just needed to sign the documents."
